We stand by our products so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we can help. You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the product at your own shipping cost. Please contact us at support@thornwave.com before you do that though. Once the product is received we’ll inspect it and issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
